學員家長或是曙光教會會友均可申請加入成為Awana義工。
經過審核後接受培訓成為正式導師，在事先安排好的時間輪流參與Awana的活動。

Becoming Awana Volunteers
Parents of all Clubbers or FMLC members could apply to be Awana volunteers.
Upon approval, training will be provided to all new volunteers before becoming leaders and participating in pre-scheduled weekly Awana Clubs.
